Senior Counsel Labor

Our client, a prestigious Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Senior Counsel to join their Labor and Employment team in Texas! This team is highly regarded for its expertise in employment litigation and advisory services, providing strategic legal counsel to a wide range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on labor and employment matters, including compliance with federal and state statutes.
• Handle adversary proceedings and litigate cases in both state and federal courts.
• Prepare and review employment-related documents, including manuals and policies.
• Provide legal counseling and advice directly to clients on employment-related issues.
• Manage high-volume caseloads while ensuring attention to detail and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Active member in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
• Minimum of 7+ years of labor and employment law experience.
• Strong background in Texas employment litigation, advice, and counseling.
• Significant experience with adversary proceedings, including trials (preferred).
• Familiarity with employment manuals and employment-related documents.
