I'm recruiting on behalf of a Houston civil trial firm for a litigation partner. No portable business required. They want your trial judgment, your leadership, and you running their most serious cases.

• Partner title and partner work, with no origination target hanging over you.
• Trial is the product here. The firm's attorneys have tried hundreds of lawsuits to verdict in Texas state and federal courts.
• You'd be joining a bench of seasoned trial lawyers. You won't be the only person in the building who has picked a jury.
• The work reaches across Texas, run from a Houston base.

• Insurance defense across premises liability, commercial trucking and auto, and construction litigation
• Premises liability, a core practice the firm has built its reputation around
• Construction disputes, with heavy equipment businesses among the clients
• Owning cases from first report to verdict: setting strategy, leading depositions, handling experts, arguing dispositive motions, first chairing trials
• Advising carrier and business clients before and during litigation
• Leading and developing the associates working your matters

• Roughly 15 to 20 years of litigation experience
• Substantial first chair trial experience, with cases you've led through to verdict on your own
• A record of managing complex litigation
• Insurance defense and civil litigation experience, which matters most to this practice
• Someone who wants to lead a team, not just a caseload
