We are working with established law firm clients seeking experienced Insurance Coverage and/or Insurance Defense Attorneys across several key markets.

These opportunities are ideal for litigators looking to handle sophisticated insurance-related matters, take on meaningful case responsibility, work directly with clients and carriers, and continue developing their litigation practice.

• Pennsylvania: 2+ years
• New Jersey: 2+ years

• Washington, DC: 4+ years

Candidates may have experience in insurance coverage, insurance defense, or a combination of both, including:

• Insurance coverage analysis and disputes
• Coverage opinions and related advisory work
• Declaratory judgment actions
• General liability and insurance defense litigation
• Commercial and complex civil litigation
• Pleadings and substantive motion practice
• Written discovery and document review
• Taking and defending depositions
• Mediations and settlement negotiations
• Trial preparation and courtroom proceedings
• Working directly with insurers, insureds, and other clients
• Independently managing an active caseload

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction
• 2+ years of relevant experience for PA, NJ, Dallas, and Houston opportunities
• 4+ years of relevant experience for Washington, DC opportunities
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience managing litigation matters and deadlines
• Strong communication and client-service skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader litigation team
