Responsibilities Defend insurance carriers and their insureds in a variety of litigation matters.

Manage cases from initial assignment through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motions, mediation, and trial preparation.

Develop case strategy and evaluate liability, damages, and exposure.

Communicate effectively with clients, claims professionals, opposing counsel, and other parties.

Handle a caseload efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Ideal Candidate Licensed attorney in good standing.

Experience in insurance defense, civil litigation, or a related practice.

Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and litigation skills.

Comfortable managing cases independently while working collaboratively with a team.

Interested in continued professional growth and taking on increasing responsibility.
