• Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during your shift.
• Follow all company policy and procedures 100% of the time and set the example for the crew.
• Staff, paperwork, food management, schedule adherence, image and standards, customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.
• Drive deliveries, deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in varying temperatures and weather conditions.

• Operate all equipment and prepare product.
• Stock ingredients, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork.
• Train new staff and perform orientation on the job.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Make correct monetary change, enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Assume a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle.
• Navigate adverse terrain for deliveries and drive under varying weather conditions.

• Exposure to heat, fumes, cornmeal dust, and varying temperatures from 36 to 90+ degrees.
• Standing, walking, surfacing, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, bending, squatting, reaching, and hand tasks continuous throughout the day.
