. Auto Zone’s store teams are the frontline of WOW! customer service, ensuring customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. As a Delivery Driver, you’ll use company-provided vehicles to deliver automotive parts to commercial accounts and DIY shoppers, maintain safe driving practices, and support a positive, knowledgeable retail environment.

• Customer Service Excellence & Communication – Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth operations and strong customer relationships.
• Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation – Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, and follow company policies.
• Delivery Operations – Drive company-provided vehicles, ensure safe and timely deliveries, load and unload parts per route schedules.
• Returns & Pickups – Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Safety Compliance – Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Cash & Charge Transactions – Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance – Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.

• Minimum Age Requirement:
  Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Valid Driver’s License & Safety Compliance:
  Must possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to driver safety requirements.
• Automotive Knowledge:
  Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Exceptional Communication:
  Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Automotive Retail:
  Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Hazmat Endorsement Preferred: A valid Hazmat endorsement is a plus for handling and transporting regulated materials.
