Job Details

The Logistics Manager will oversee and optimize all logistics functions — including inventory control, shipping, receiving, and coordination with production and distribution. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth end-to-end operations supporting the manufacturing and delivery of surgical instruments. The role is onsite and reports to senior operations leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day logistics operations, including inbound/outbound shipments, freight coordination, and materials management.
• Manage vendor relationships, carriers, and warehouse scheduling to ensure efficient distribution.
• Collaborate with production and sales to maintain inventory accuracy and order fulfillment timelines.
• Utilize Net Suite ERP to track shipments, monitor inventory, and analyze performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement in logistics efficiency and cost management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in manufacturing or medical device distribution strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Net Suite required).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in a collaborative team environment.
