Position: Logistics Coordinator
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Hours: M - F 8 - 5pm
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 / Annually DOE

Summary: Handle orders from receipt to delivery, coordinate shipping, prepare documents, and resolve delivery issues.
Responsibilities:- Enter and track customer orders in the ERP, and send order confirmations
- Keep an order summary updated for the commercial team
- Schedule pickups and deliveries with customers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams
- Track railcars and make sure empties are returned on time
- Prepare shipment documents (BOL, COA, CI, PL)
- Follow up on delivery claims until resolved
- Set up new customers in the ERP
- 2-5 years in the resin industry (domestic preferred)
- Proficient in Excel
- Excellent English communication
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple orders and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field
- ERP experience
