Parts Counter Sales Representative

LK Jordan is currently seeking an experienced Parts Counter Sales Representative for a reputable company in the Houston area. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in heavy equipment parts sales who is customer-focused, organized, and knowledgeable in equipment components and inventory.

• Assist customers at the parts counter with heavy equipment parts inquiries and purchases
• Identify, source, and recommend correct replacement parts for heavy equipment and machinery
• Process parts orders, quotes, invoices, and customer transactions accurately
• Maintain strong product knowledge of heavy equipment parts and components
• Support inventory control, stocking, and organization of parts department
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and order status
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up
• Ensure parts counter and warehouse areas remain clean, organized, and efficient

• Minimum 2 years of parts counter sales experience required
• Must have prior experience with heavy equipment parts
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment components, part numbers, and equipment breakdowns
• Experience with inventory systems, purchase orders, and invoicing
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with parts lookup systems preferred
• Stable work history and reliable attendance required
