Warranty process optimization. Review warranty coverage before replacement purchases and coordinate notifications, repairs, replacements, credits, recoveries, and escalation of disputed or delayed claims.

Supplier performance. Monitor supplier quality, cost, delivery, responsiveness, and warranty support; coordinate corrective actions and continuous improvement.

KPI reporting and analysis. Prepare and analyze metrics covering PO cycle time, competitive-bid compliance, open orders, supplier on-time delivery, emergency purchases, savings, cost avoidance, and warranty recovery; use findings to identify risks and improve processes.
