UFORCE is seeking a Global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) / Demand Planning Manager to own the link between expected sales and the production network. You’ll oversee the bookings forecast across our Portugal operations, Poole location, and the U.S.
sites as they scale, ensuring demand aligns with capacity across the network. You will drive the forecast cadence, translate demand into unit-level views, and collaborate with Sales, Finance and leadership to maintain a single shared number.
