Position: Apartment Make-Ready Tech — Grow Toward Maintenance Supervisor

Res Prop Management is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for move-in and to maintain and improve common areas across the property in Houston, TX. You will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and team to prioritize tasks, respond to resident requests, and ensure safety and quality in all work performed.

The role requires 1+ year of maintenance experience, a range of trade skills, and the ability to work weekends and holidays with on-call rotation.
