The General Manager is the Restaurant Leader! This position is key to the success of an individual Restaurant. The GM is focused on sales goals, employee performance, and company policies and practices. They use the systems and processes in place to maximize our profits, satisfy our guests, and develop our teams. This position reports to the District Manager.
Responsibilities- Lead restaurant operations to achieve sales goals, guest satisfaction, and adherence to company policies and practices.
- Develop and coach team members to improve performance and service quality.
- Use systems and processes to maximize profits and ensure consistent execution.
- Report to the District Manager.
- Minimum two years management experience
- High school education
- Quick Service Restaurant Experience required
- Valid Driver's License
