$100,000 – $130,000 per year, plus annual discretionary bonus

• Oversee billing operations, including electronic billing systems
• Supervise and support a team of billing clerks, accounts receivable, collections, and e‑billing staff
• Collaborate with the Controller and CFO on financial planning and analysis
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions and reporting
• Provide mentorship and development opportunities for team members

• Lead monthly financial reporting and budgeting processes
• Coordinate with leadership on fiscal year‑end close and audit preparation
• Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Support strategic initiatives and special projects as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in professional services or legal environments preferred
• Strong tenure and leadership experience in accounting roles
