National Property Operations Manager (Maintenance)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a National Property Operations Manager to help lead the next phase of maintenance operations s individual contributor role is both tactical and strategic, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day maintenance coordination and escalations while also building and implementing scalable maintenance programs, workflows, and processes across a growing national portfolio.

This is an ideal role for someone who loves solving operational challenges, creating structure from complexity, and driving measurable business results.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day maintenance operations, including escalated homeowner cases and vendor coordination.
  • Oversee and resolve high-impact maintenance issues with transparency and accountability.
  • Design, document, and implement standardized maintenance programs, workflows, and SOPs that improve speed, cost control, and service quality.
  • Develop and track key maintenance metrics such as turnaround times, vendor performance, and homeowner satisfaction.
  • Lead rollout of new maintenance initiatives, such as preventive maintenance and vendor performance programs.
  • Maintain organized, ticket‑based tracking and documentation to ensure accountability and visibility across teams.
  • Provide additional operational support during new program launches or high‑volume periods.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years in property management or real estate operations with hands‑on maintenance operations experience.
  • 2+ years in program, project, or operational management with proven success implementing scalable systems.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage vendors, resolve escalations, and operate with minimal oversight.
  • Proficiency with Rentvine, App Folio, Yardi, or similar systems; and tools like Google Workspace, Monday, or Asana.
