Job Summary
This role leads and coordinates daily operations of the environment services department, overseeing housekeeping staff, scheduling, budgeting, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise, coach, mentor, and schedule staff; ensure training and compliance with policies.
- Lead daily team meetings, monitor AIDET goals, and resolve issues professionally.
- Manage equipment and supplies, provide in‑service training, and maintain inventory and purchasing controls.
- Conduct daily inspections, enforce safety and sanitation standards, and perform audits.
- Monitor budget, supply purchases, and assist with cost control; develop staffing plans.
- Foster staff development and innovation, promote learning opportunities aligned with business goals.
- Complete administrative duties: FMLA monitoring, Kronos updates, exception reports, ePerformance, SLA implementation.

Salary Range: $49,500 – $74,500 (USD).
Work ScheduleMonday–Friday, 5 pm–1:30 am (Evening/Night).
Qualifications- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Five years of commercial/industrial housekeeping experience.
- One year at Building Attendant II level or supervisory experience in housekeeping.
- Must pass pre‑employment skills test administered by Human Resources.
