We are seeking a high performing Sales Manager to join our Houston team. This role is ideal for a hands on leader who thrives in the field, understands industrial customers, and wants to build a repeatable, scalable commercial system. You will work across multiple service lines, including logistics, field services, specialty rental, and waste disposal, while driving consistency, accountability, and growth across the organization.

A fast growing industrial services and specialty rental business is seeking an Operations Manager to strengthen execution across multiple sites. This role is hands on and focused on improving dispatch, routing, equipment utilization, maintenance, and service delivery.
What You’ll Do- Improve operational processes across field services, logistics, and rental operations
- Build SOPs and scalable operating playbooks
- Lead KPI development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support integration of acquired locations and new service lines
- Deploy tools and systems that enhance visibility and accountability
- 7 to 10 plus years in industrial services, logistics, rental, or waste related operations
- Strong operator who can dive into the field while driving strategic priorities
- Experienced with multi site operations and performance improvement
- Analytical mindset with expertise in routing, dispatch, and utilization metrics
