As the Parts Operations Manager, you’ll manage daily internal operations while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding customer service. You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams to support seamless operations and uphold Mustang Cat’s reputation for service excellence.
Responsibilities Include- Oversee daily operations for Backorder Processors, Will Call, Cashiers, Returns, Reception, and Shipping teams
- Ensure consistent, high‑quality customer service for internal and external customers
- Coordinate workflows and priorities to maintain smooth and efficient operations
- Monitor adherence to operational standards and Caterpillar performance metrics
- Identify process improvements to increase accuracy, speed, and productivity
- Collaborate with Parts leadership and other departments to resolve issues and enhance efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
- Train and coach team members to uphold performance and customer service expectations
- Support data tracking, reporting, and communication of operational results to leadership
- Maintain a positive, team‑oriented culture that fosters accountability and continuous improvement
- College degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (equivalent experience considered)
- 3+ years of experience in operations management and/or leadership roles
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a high sense of urgency
- Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Empathetic leadership style that drives teamwork and accountability
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
