Position OverviewThe Maintenance Supervisor will oversee daily maintenance operations, including equipment maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. The supervisor will manage a maintenance team, ensure efficient workflow, and maintain safety standards. Responsibilities also include assigning preventive maintenance using an automated CMMS, maintaining asset inventory, shop organization, tool needs, equipment manuals, and spare parts for critical equipment.
Key Job Responsibilities- Create work schedules to ensure equipment is properly maintained.
- Generate work orders using CMMS.
- Evaluate performance and enforce company policies.
- Monitor employees and contractors to ensure safety and compliance.
- Communicate maintenance activities and equipment status to manager teams.
- Produce periodic reports, keep records, and evaluate employee performance.
- Schedule and manage outside service.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by TAS Management.

- Ability to work independently and manage a large team
- Experience in technology or industrial sector is a plus
- Knowledge of facilities management practices and basic safety procedures

- Ability to work under pressure and enforce safety regulations
- Availability to work overtime or outside normal schedule as required
- Organized, as the role requires scheduling and record‑keeping
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Five (5) years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Certification in Electrical, HVAC, or Mechanical.
- Work performed in a shop environment.
- Exposure to elements, but not to a disagreeable extent.
- Normal vision; no color blindness.
- Physical effort: frequent moving of up to 50 lbs.
- Requires sitting or standing, bending, and reaching regularly.
- Use of PPE required.
- Ability to stand up to 10 hours a day, with lunch break.
- Unable to work in a non‑air‑conditioned environment.
- Steel‑toe boots required.

Location & SalaryPasadena, TX – $120,000 to $139,000 per year (post date: 4 days ago).
