AtF45 Central Houston, atop 5% performing studio nationwide, we’re looking for a passionate and experiencedHead Coach & Training Managerto lead our coaching team, elevate member experience, and help drive studio success.

What You’ll Do

As the Head Coach & Training Manager, you’ll combine expert-level coaching with leadership and team development. You’ll lead classes from the front, mentor other coaches, and help maintain a culture of energy, accountability, and results.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading high-energy F45 group training sessions (18 - 22 classes per week)

• Coaching members on proper form, modifications, and motivation

• Recruiting, training, and mentoring part-time coaches

• Managing trainer schedules and session quality

• Working with management to hit weekly and monthly KPIs

• Supporting the Membership Manager with onboarding and fitness consultations

• Creating a clean, organized, and positive studio environment

Who You Are

• 3 +years of group fitness or personal training experience

• Previous leadership or team management experience in a gym or studio setting

• Outgoing, confident, and inspiring coaching presence

• Strong communication skills—both in-person and via email

• Self-starter with a passion for helping others succeed

• Certified by NASM, ACE, ACSM, or other nationally accredited programs
