Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Client Services Manager-B2B for our client, a national leader in industrial and commercial services. This is a high-visibility, high-impact position ideal for a proactive professional ready to lead a team, solve problems, and influence operations across departments. Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 2–4 customer service associates, ensuring timely execution of daily tasks.
• Oversee multi-channel customer interactions including phone, email, and internal communications.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and solution-oriented thinking.
• Manage order processing, customer data, and application workflows.
• Maintain accurate, timely communication with cross-functional teams such as sales and operations.
• Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for workflow improvements.
• Contribute to strategic projects and support operational planning efforts.
• Provide process feedback and support system updates or policy changes as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing or supervising a customer service or operations team.
• Proven experience in B2B environments, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; CRM or ERP system experience is a plus.
• Typing speed of at least 60 WPM and strong ten-key data entry skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and navigate office or facility spaces.
• Strong attendance and punctuality required.
