Executive Director, Mergers & Acquisitions
As Executive Director of the Mergers & Acquisitions practice at The Post Oak Group, you will lead transaction execution while supporting origination and senior client relationships across sell-side and buy-side mandates.
You will manage live deal processes, act as a senior client contact, and ensure disciplined execution across multiple transactions.
Responsibilities:- Lead execution of M&A transactions end-to-end
- Support and independently contribute to origination efforts
- Manage valuation, diligence, and process execution
- Coordinate internal teams and external advisors
- Mentor VPs and junior bankers
- 12+ years of M&A advisory or investment banking experience
- Strong execution leadership across completed transactions
- Active FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 required
- Series 24 preferred
