We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee project delivery, profitability, and team development. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and per scope
, while fostering operational excellence and client satisfaction.

• Lead and mentor Team Leaders across multiple markets.
• Support Sales Target Projects.
• Manage project execution, financial performance, and KPIs.
• Resolve client and business issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices.

• Honest, self-driven, detail-oriented, and punctual.
• Strong technical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and professional presence.
• Ability to work collaboratively and support team success.

• Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s in Engineering preferred).
• 5+ years in BAS, with 2+ years in management.
• Strong financial acumen and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
