Job Description
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 4-6 litigation or trial attorneys and support staff
- Oversee case strategy from intake through litigation, trial, or resolution
- Participate in and guide trial preparation, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and negotiations
- Ensure consistent performance, accountability, and high-quality legal work across the team
- Manage workflow, resources, and day-to-day operations for assigned cases
- Reinforce firm systems, procedures, and performance standards
- Serve as a hands-on litigation leader while developing future firm leaders
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Texas Bar license required
- 5+ personal injury jury trials (plaintiff or defense)
- Strong command of Texas personal injury law and litigation process
- Proven leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Management experience is a plus but not required
