Maintenance Manager Colliers Property Management Services Houston LLC

Responsible for overseeing the general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of bank facilities. Contacts and directs vendor activities to ensure proper functioning of bank properties. Conducts preventive checks and provides minor maintenance as needed. Coordinates with the Director of Facilities to help manage the day‑to‑day efforts of contractors as they perform work throughout the bank. Manages assigned staff and performs yearly evaluations.
Responsibilities- Make independent decisions with minimal or no supervision.
- Perform and oversee maintenance of bank properties to insure they are in good working order by performing regular inspections.
- Schedule and manage outside vendors as needed and monitor the completion of work performed.
- Solicit repair quotes from vendors for approval by management.
- Prepare and approve vendor invoices for payment.
- Help in the development and management of annual operating budgets for bank properties.
- Manage assigned employees to ensure goals and objectives are carried out.
- Maintain service/maintenance on company vehicles and submit records and gas tickets as required.
- Complete and maintain required maintenance documentation and records.
- Travel to bank properties periodically to make repairs and check vendor progress.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures of the bank including BSA/AML.
- Perform any and all duties as requested by management.
- Professional office environment; fast‑paced, deadline driven banking environment.
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in a related position.
- Strong skills in all areas related to the maintenance and operation of company owned and leased properties.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of employees in a polite and professional manner.
- Ability to multitask and follow up with employees on issues.
- Ability to operate PC – MS Outlook programs.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to lift objects weighing 50 lbs. or more.
