Responsibilities Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams to drive operational success across education, Admissions, and Student services, Financial Aid, ensuring alignment with key performance metrics.
Inspire and guide educational leadership, overseeing instructional teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality student experience.
Champion campus-wide collaboration to optimize student persistence, retention, employment, and financial performance.
Have a Strong student facing and focus with being visible and leading with humility.
Recruit, develop, and retain top operational talent, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Quaifications Qualifications Education :
Bachelor’s Degree required;
Business Administration or Management preferred.
Experience:
10 years of progressive professional experience in operations or service-related industries, with 5 years in leadership or management, including P&L/budgetary responsibility.
Skills:
Exceptional leadership, project management, and strategic thinking skills, with proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Skills:
Ability to navigate a matrix organization and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
Abilities:
Must be able to sit and walk for prolonged periods, use a keyboard, and occasionally travel overnight.
