Vice President, Head of Oncology Sales

Role:
Vice President, Head of Sales – Oncology, a senior enterprise leadership position overseeing the U.S. Oncology sales strategy and organizational performance.

• build and lead a high-performing, collaborative sales team;
• develop and execute portfolio strategies including product launches;
• foster an inclusive, patient-centered culture;
• partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical, Market Access, IDTs);
• leverage market insights and analytics for strategic decision-making;
• manage resource allocation, budgets, and organizational capabilities;
• drive sales performance and field effectiveness;
• enhance customer engagement and innovative go-to-market approaches.

• bachelor’s degree;
• 12+ years in large-scale, geographically dispersed pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or related sectors, with proven success in leading specialty therapeutic areas, product launches, and cross-functional teams;
• strong analytical, strategic, and financial acumen;
• deep understanding of US market access, payer landscape, and healthcare models;
• demonstrated leadership in complex, matrixed environments, with resilience and strategic agility.

• advanced degrees (MBA, PharmD, MS, PhD);
• experience in Oncology, Hematology, or Rare Diseases;
• expertise in commercial transformation, digital tools, analytics, and AI.

• senior leadership in Oncology, product launch expertise, complex sales environment, cross-functional collaboration.

• remote within the U.S., with 60-80% travel; no visa sponsorship or relocation support.
