Getix Health is seeking an experienced executive to lead our Payer vertical, initially overseeing Patient Access, Out of State Medicaid (OOSMA) Billing, Insurance Denials and Management, and Workers’ Compensation.
Reporting to the President and COO, the Senior Vice President will provide strategic direction and mentorship to service area leaders, drive operational excellence, and ensure achievement of revenue and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead assigned operations, ensuring quality service, strong financial performance, and achievement of client commitments.
- Mentor and develop leaders, build high-performing teams, and promote accountability and employee engagement.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, staffing, and performance targets across service areas.
- Improve workflows, productivity, reimbursement, and collections through process improvements and technology.
- Maintain executive client relationships and resolve escalated operational issues.
- Partner with Sales and executive leadership to support growth, new client implementations, and business integration.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and applicable healthcare, payer, and contractual requirements.
- Assume additional business areas, functions, and other duties as assigned as Company needs evolve.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- At least 10 years of progressively responsible healthcare revenue cycle experience, including 5 years in executive leadership.
- Strong knowledge of patient access, Medicaid reimbursement, insurance denials and account management, and Workers’ Compensation services.
- Demonstrated success managing financial results, developing leaders, and overseeing geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
- Experience with revenue cycle technology, automation, and operational improvement.
Up to 50%, based on business and client needs.
