Join us as a Senior Associate, Project Execution, where you'll lead customer projects from order conversion to completion. You'll manage internal and external communication and project timelines while ensuring quality delivery and building lasting customer relationships across diverse environments.
Location
- Hybrid, two days per week in office
- Dallas, Chicago, Houston, Raleigh, Nashville, Boston, Foxboro, St. Louis, Louisville, Florham Park, or Andover
- Lead end-to-end execution of customer projects, ensuring on-time delivery with full compliance to quality standards
- Drive project timelines, assess risks, and identify opportunities to enhance project outcomes and customer satisfaction
- Foster strong stakeholder and customer relationships through proactive communication and collaboration
- Prioritization — balancing competing demands across multiple projects and stakeholders
- Analytical thinking — assessing project data to make informed decisions and identify improvement areas
- Communication — keeping internal and external teams and customers aligned throughout the project lifecycle
- Customer orientation — ensuring project delivery meets customer expectations and builds trust
- Decision making — independently determining methods, tactics, and processes under general guidance
- Digital literacy — leveraging tools and platforms to track progress and report outcomes
- Project management — coordinating schedules, resources, and deliverables across the full lifecycle of a project
- Operational efficiency — streamlining execution to reduce costs while maintaining quality
- Experience managing a high volume of customer product orders and complex projects while serving as the primary liaison between distributors, manufacturing plants, and sales teams to ensure timely communication, issue resolution, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
- Understanding of customer orders involving electrical power distribution equipment, such as switch gear, switchboards, circuit breakers, transformers, UPS systems, or similar equipment
- Strong problem-solving abilities with confidence working independently under general guidance

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
