Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Vice President, Provider Network Management on our Provider Network Management team. You will build and sustain the provider network that enables QTC to deliver timely, high-quality care and examinations where they are needed most. Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of more than 130 staff and set the enterprise provider network strategy, ensuring the right mix of providers by geography, specialty, licensure, modality, and capacity to meet customer demand and operational commitments.
- Establish a disciplined network-gap management process that uses provider, referral, utilization, recruiting, credentialing, and operational data to identify and prioritize access and capacity gaps; assign accountable owners; and track measurable progress toward closure.
- Direct provider recruiting and sourcing strategies based on quantified network needs, with targeted approaches for hard-to-fill specialties, rural and underserved markets, high-volume locations, and time-sensitive operational requirements.

- Develop scalable approaches for managing employed and independent providers, using common standards, workflows, data, and performance measures while accounting for the operational differences between workforce models.
- Advance provider network technology, analytics, and partnerships that improve visibility into network health, recruiting pipelines, credentialing status, gap closure, provider communications, and access to differentiated capabilities.
- Build an integrated enterprise provider network across Leidos QTC and the broader Leidos Health Group, reducing duplication, sharing capacity and capabilities, and promoting consistent provider processes and experiences across programs.
- Serve as a senior enterprise resource on complex provider and network issues, bringing together Clinical Operations, Growth, Quality, Compliance, Legal, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to resolve barriers and make timely decisions.
