Executive Vice President of Operations

The Executive Vice President of Operations at NePixel is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities and ensuring smooth delivery of digital marketing and development services. This role leads operations teams, establishes processes, and optimizes workflows across social media, SEO, paid advertising, and development projects. The Executive Vice President of Operations will manage resource allocation, monitor performance metrics, support P&L and budgeting decisions, and drive continuous improvement in service quality and efficiency.

The role also involves collaborating closely with senior leadership to execute strategic plans, enhance client satisfaction, and support sustainable growth of the agency.

• Candidates should possess strong Operations Management and Project Management skills to oversee workflows, teams, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Candidates should possess expertise in P&L Management and financial oversight to support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability goals.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to maintain high client satisfaction and manage escalations effectively.
• Candidates should possess Strategic Planning capabilities to align operations with business objectives and long-term growth plans.
• Experience in digital marketing or agency operations, including familiarity with social media, SEO, paid ads, or development services, is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing remote teams and driving change in a fast-paced environment, is preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• A bachelor's degree in business, operations, management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
