Risk Manager/Analyst
For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Claims Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
This role will oversee the end-to-end claims function, with responsibility for evaluating reported incidents, guiding investigations, and helping shape effective defense strategies. The position will partner closely with external adjusters, defense counsel, and internal stakeholders to strengthen outcomes, improve claims practices, and support operational excellence. It also plays an important advisory role across the organization by translating claims data into actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually
Responsibilities- Own the evaluation and investigation of all reported incidents and claims
- Partner with external adjusters and defense counsel to drive defense strategies and optimize outcomes
- Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement within the claims function
- Serve as a subject matter expert on claims-related issues for corporate and center staff
- Analyze complex claims data to identify risk trends and prepare strategic insights for leadership
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, Real Estate, and Operations to integrate risk management best practices
- 8+ years of experience in claims handling, preferably in Professional Liability, Workers Compensation, and Property
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
- Basic knowledge of claims processes for both litigated and non-litigated matters
- Understanding of reserve setting and claim finances
- Strong knowledge of state or federal regulations regarding insured claims preferred
