Bend Tec has an exciting opportunity available for a Pipe Bending Business Development Representative to be an integral part of our team. Bend Tec takes pride in our quality of work and has a goal of building our workforce with the most talented employees. What You’ll Do

• Communicate clearly with individuals or groups, both in person and virtually.
• Listen effectively and know when to seek additional information to meet customer requirements.
• Thoroughly understand ASME B16.49, ASME B31.4, or B31.8 standards and CSA Z245.16, Z245.1 and Z245.11 standards.
• Process and understand technical explanations, drawings, and specifications.
• Maintain organized records and materials, ensuring they are updated and revised as needed.
• Plan and organize itineraries for customer visits and calls, either independently or with assistance.
• Set up and manage customer visits and calls, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
• Monitor customer expectations versus deliverables and read situations accurately.
• Stay on task, display patience, and explore potential opportunities with discipline.

What You’ll Need

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree, required;
  Familiarity with ASME B16.49, ASME B31.4, or B31.8 standards and understanding of CSA Z245.16, Z245.1 and Z245.11 standards, preferred.
• Experience:
  
  2+ Years' Experience and Knowledge of Piping Materials
• Computer Skills:
  Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Certification/Licenses:
  None specifically required
