CNC Machinist Job Overview: Perform setup, operation, and programming of complex machined components for various industries.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Set up all repeat jobs that are fully documented.
• Run the first piece to print specifications.
• Program and make edits as necessary.
• Manually inspect parts according to inspection sheet criteria.
• Read blueprints to a medium/high level and correlate with inspection protocols.
• Apply knowledge of GD&T tolerancing.
• Operate multiple machines simultaneously as a production cell.
• Utilize advanced shop math, including trigonometry and geometry.
• Mentor and train operators.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma; CNC technical diploma preferred.
• 5+ years of machining experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
• Experience with Weiler machines.
• Willingness to learn and grow.

Type: Full Time, 2nd shift (6pm - 6am)

Shift Premium: 6.65%
