CNC Swiss Style Lathe Programmer - Airconditioned Facility

Wescon is a highly specialized precision aviation tool manufacturer with offices in Lake Forest, CA and Houston, TX. Our products are 100% designed and manufactured in the United States. We take pride in serving the aviation and aerospace manufacturing industry since 1987. We’re located in the North Houston area and our Air Conditioned CNC production facility is seeking an experienced programmer with knowledge in Swiss turning machines.

• A minimum of 5-6 years of hands‑on experience in a machine shop or job shop environment.
• Must have experience programming and setting up Swiss style lathes.
• Proven ability to program, set up, operate, and modify programs utilizing Fanuc controls
• Proficient at reading and interpreting blueprints accurately.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, especially in a high-paced manufacturing environment.
• Dedicated to maintaining high‑quality control standards.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to speak, read, and understand English clearly.
• Physically capable of lifting at least 50 lbs without assistance and comfortable standing for long periods.
• Dependable transportation and consistent punctuality.
• Experience programming a twin‑spindle, twin‑turret lathe is preffered.
• You will be working on a Takisawa TM-2000 and a Tsugami B0386‑III

• 8‑hour shifts, daytime. Full time.
• Competitive hourly wage: $40.00 per hour
