Lindsay Windows is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to oversee the installation and maintenance of our equipment. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery. This will include installing new equipment, performing regular services and maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns.

• Assist in installing new production equipment.
• Service and maintain production equipment including motors, PLCs, pneumatics and dies.
• Inspect and assess the functionality of production machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns.
• Adjust mechanical parts using hand and machine tools.
• Adjust and calibrate machinery to improve productivity.
• Complete preventive and corrective maintenance requirements.
• Communicate with the production and management team.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Other work as assigned.

• Previous work experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance.
• Basic carpentry skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer and report writing skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Good time-management skills.

• Stand for the entire shift.
• Lift and transfer 35 lbs frequently throughout the day.
• Lift and transfer 50 lbs occasionally throughout the day.
• Reach overhead occasionally.
• Bend at the waist and pivot from the waist frequently.
• Use fine hand manipulation movements frequently.

• Pay is dependent on experience (DOE).
• $25-$30 per hour.
