Seeking a hard-working, high-energy, and passionate cosmetics compo under who works well in a fast paced environment with precise detail. At Bayport Laboratories, the Compo under is responsible for producing bulk according to the product formulation while ensuring compliance to cGMP.

• Experience in batch manufacturing in cosmetic or pharmaceutical environment
• Minimum 3 years with compounding experience in Food, Pharmaceuticals, or Cosmetics

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Ensure that batches are produced following cGMP
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
• Keep utensils and equipment clean and organized at all times
• Ensure sanitization procedures are followed prior to batching according to the Bayport Laboratories Standard Operating Procedures
• Follow batch records, document, and seek approvals for any deviation to the indicated procedure
• Handle hazardous chemicals after reading MSDS and using the required protective equipment
• Operate production equipment
• Support implementation of cGMP
• Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures
• Work with Quality Assurance Unit to identify and correct problems that may lead to non-conforming product
• Participate in maintaining the integrity of the Bayport Laboratory Water System
• Ensure compliance with EHS procedures
• Responsible for identifying and reporting hazardous workplace conditions
