• Using hand tools, pneumatic tools, saw operations, tape measurer, etc.
• Lifting/moving/placing window components that are 35-55 lbs.
• Meeting production goals by posted line standards.
• Self-inspecting 100% of parts (finished and unfinished) moving through your workstation.
• Following company safety procedures and policies and encouraging a safe work environment for all team members.

• Stand for the entire shift
• Lift and transfer 35 lbs frequently throughout the day
• Lift and transfer 50 lbs occasionally throughout the day
• Reach overhead occasionally
• Bend at the waist and pivot from the waist frequently
• Use fine hand manipulation movements frequently

• Starting at $17.00 per hour
• Pay is dependent on experience (DOE)
