The primary responsibility of a Shop Helper is to perform general labor tasks. In this position your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
* Assist with disassembly and reassembly of motors, generators, and pumps.
* Sandblast, steam clean, cleans and prep parts.
* Operates the cutout saw and put motors, generators, and pumps in the burn out oven.
* Performs tasks as required for general facility maintenance and upkeep including but not limited to lawn care, general janitorial duties, sweeping, pressure washing and painting.
* Operate company equipment (i.e.: Forklift, Crane, hand tools etc.) in a safe and efficient manner in the performance of all duties as required.
* Complete required paperwork for each job accurately and on a timely basis.
* Comply with all company policies / procedures and perform all job functions in an ethical manner.
* Complete all required safety training.
* Observe all safety procedures and use proper protective gear for all tasks.
