Position Overview
Mission Staffing of Texas is seeking Entry‑Level Hot Table Operators to assist in the production of filtration products used in oil and gas applications. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role that supports manufacturing operations by helping insert filters into can‑bodies, handle heavier parts, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety‑conscious, and eager to learn new manufacturing skills.

- Wednesday through Saturday
Schedule:
10‑hour day shifts – 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Two‑week training program.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. After completing training, candidates will transition to their regular assigned shift.
💲 $11 per hour
Key Responsibilities- Assist team members with production tasks on the hot table line.
- Insert filtration components into can‑bodies and ensure proper assembly.
- Lift and handle filters weighing up to 20 lbs throughout the shift.
- Perform repetitive physical tasks safely and efficiently for up to 10 hours per day.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Support team leads and supervisors with other production needs as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
- 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation (required).
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and teamwork.
- Willingness to work in a physical, production‑based environment.
Full‑Time. Temporary with potential for long‑term placement based on performance.
