What You’ll Do (A Day in the Shop):As a Channel Letters Technician, you’ll be involved in building high‑quality signs from the ground up, including:
- Assembling channel letter components
- Installing and securing LED lighting systems
- Operating precision shop machinery and hand tools
- Working with metals, plastics, and sign substrates
- Reading and following layouts, plans, and instructions
- Keeping materials organized and work spaces clean
- Collaborating with teammates to meet quality and production goals
Pay Range: $16–$22 per hour, based on experience and skill level

RequirementsYou don’t need to know everything - we’ll train the right person.
Must-Haves:- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to read instructions and follow plans
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Experience in sign manufacturing or fabrication
- Familiarity with shop machinery and hand tools
- LED wiring or electrical assembly experience
