Maintenance Technician
Location: Houston, TX 77032, On-site Role
Salary: $25-32+/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Job Type: PERMANENT, DIRECT-HIRE
Our client is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing facility. The operation relies on high-speed precision automated equipment (80% custom-built), robotics, and advanced automation; equipment uptime is critical.
Responsibilities- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, robotic, and mechanical systems
- Minimize unplanned downtime and maximize equipment uptime
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Support process improvements and equipment efficiency initiatives
- 5+ years’ experience in automated manufacturing maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Experience with robotics, PLCs, and custom automation
