• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or required.
• Understand and follow all company rules and regulations.
• Generate and issue certification to customers, including supporting alternate organizational locations, as necessary.
• Scan and archive all issued customer certification copies into the operational database.
• Expedite, follow up, and provide updates on all in-process manufacturing work orders.
• Schedule pick-ups and deliveries of manufacturing work orders.
• Complete special projects for Quality Manager and/or designee as required.

• High School education (or in-house training will be provided)
• Understanding of English with good grammar skills
• Intermediate typing proficiency, basic computer knowledge
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills, written and verbal required
• Ability to multitask when the need arises
• Good organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts

Work Hours:

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday
