M&M Talent Group is hiring experienced Structural Fitters for night-shift industrial fabrication positions. The ideal candidate will have experience laying out, fitting, aligning, and assembling structural steel components according to blueprints and fabrication drawings.

• Read and interpret structural blueprints, shop drawings, and weld symbols.
• Lay out, measure, cut, align, and fit structural steel components.
• Fit beams, channels, angles, plates, braces, supports, and other structural components.
• Set up and position materials for welding.
• Perform tack welding as needed.
• Use torches, grinders, drills, measuring tools, and other fabrication equipment.
• Check dimensions, angles, alignment, and tolerances.
• Safely move and position materials using appropriate lifting equipment.
• Work with welders and other fabrication personnel to complete projects.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

• Previous structural fitting experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Strong measuring and layout skills.
• Experience working with structural steel.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Welding experience is a plus but not required unless specified for the position.
• Ability to pass required skills testing.
• Must be dependable and willing to work night shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
