Our client, Light Industrial Manufacturing is seeking a US

- Level 1 - Lifting 10-15lbs or less no machine operation to join their team. As a US
- Assembler
- Level 1 - Lifting 10-15lbs or less no machine operation, you will be part of the production floor supporting hands-on assembly, quality checks, and production support. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the drive to learn and improve which will align successfully in the organization.

** 1st Shift - 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

** What's the Job?*
* + Assemble fabricated parts and components at assigned workstations using established procedures.

+ Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to ensure compliance with product specifications and tolerance requirements.

+ Use hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to detailed instructions.

+ Identify units that do not meet quality or testing standards and perform necessary repairs or corrections.

+ Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ Apprenticeship and/or formal training in a related specialty area may be required.

+ 0 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related field preferred.

+ Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a manufacturing environment.

+ Ability to follow instructions and established guidelines with close supervision.
