Openwork is hiring a Structural Fitter in Houston, TX. The candidate will read blueprints, fit structural steel, tack-weld, and safely operate fabrication equipment in a fast-paced shop. Experience with GMAW, SMAW, FCAW, and GTAW is preferred, and a strong focus on quality and safety is required.
We offer a structured first shift with a competitive hourly wage, weekly pay, and benefits upon permanent hire. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with trade school preferred.
