Saint Arnold Brewing Company in Houston, TX is seeking a Brewer I to operate and monitor the brewhouse and cellar equipment, following SOPs to produce exceptional, world-class beers.
You will execute the full brewing process from milling to fermentation, perform CIP, manage cellar tasks, collect data on key metrics, and uphold quality standards. The role requires prior brewing experience and a degree related to brewing; shifts include mornings, afternoons, overnights, with some weekend work.
