Responsibilities- define and mature operational scope

- ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Bachelor's in biology, chemistry, engineering, or related field
- minimum 3 years manufacturing experience, preferably in pharma/biotech
- project management expertise.
- CAPM/PMP certification
- GMP experience in capital projects
- strong communication skills
- adaptability.

full-time in Houston, with critical decision-making expected 7 days/week.
