HIRING IMMEDIATELY: PRODUCTION OPERATOR IN HOUSTON, TX
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Production Operator to join our team in Houston, Texas. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining production equipment while ensuring products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a production environment.
Pay, Schedule, and Location- $20/hour
- Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- Located in Houston, TX
- Set up, operate, and monitor production line equipment
- Supply raw materials to machinery as needed
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Monitor production processes and report quality concerns or equipment issues
- Perform routine equipment upkeep and maintain a clean, organized workstation
- Follow all production, safety, and quality procedures
- Work efficiently to support production goals and maintain consistent product quality
- Follow all site-specific cleanliness and safety requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to follow safety procedures and written instructions
- Comfortable standing or sitting for extended periods
- Closed-toe shoes are required
- Cell phone use, headphones, and earbuds are not permitted in warehouse or production areas
- Smartwatches are not permitted on the production floor
- Comfortable clothing is permitted; exercise attire and baggy clothing are not allowed on the production floor
- Clean Room Requirements:
Associates assigned to the clean room must arrive freshly showered and cannot wear makeup, perfume, or jewelry of any kind
