Material Handler

People Ready of Houston, TX is now hiring Material Handlers in Houston, TX. The Material Handler is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing of parts, supply parts to production as well as proper inventorying of parts. Work to ensure all parts flow and are organized in a world class manner in that is consistent with the Company values and operating philosophy.

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour*

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and products

• Verify shipments, process receiving paperwork, and maintain accurate inventory documentation

• Perform incoming inspections of ASME materials and other required materials to ensure quality and compliance

• Package parts and prepare orders for shipment

• Process shipping documentation and coordinate outgoing deliveries

• Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor stock levels to support production and aftermarket parts sales

• Stock materials on shelves and distribute materials to designated departments and work area

• Pick, stage, and deliver materials for manufacturing operations

• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently

• Load and unload trucks while ensuring proper handling of materials and products

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People Ready
